KRIYA Yoga: The ancient yoga of India which is comprised of meditation, breathing techniques called pranayama and mudras. Pranayama amplify and direct energy within your body, mind and energy. KUNDALINI Yoga: As healing yoga practices which incorporates mantra music, hatha yoga postures, and conscious breathing that will awaken your Chakras (mind-body-energy). Receive crystal bowl sound healing during each class.
HATHA Yoga: A Series of Asanas or Postures. Flow from one posture to the next, as you align your skeletal system and strengthen your muscles in a mind-body-soul workout. Great for all levels who wish to experience the physical practice of yoga blended with meditation and pranayama.
FACE Yoga: Yoga for the Face is a practice of awakening facial muscles through exercise, relaxing the face through intention and breath work and acupressure to relieve stress and tension. A natural face lift, receive exercise you can do at home to lift forehead, eyebrows, eyes, check bones, tone the jaw and neck and increase circulation for building collagen and elastin in the skin.
Sound Healing: Receive the sonic alchemy from the crystal singing bowls as they are played with harmonic resonance. Sound Healing is a practice that you receive during your yoga, breathing or meditation session. Sonic waves of sound help to move negative energy and allow you to experience deep states of relaxation. Helps headaches, sleep disorders, anxiety, stress, fear and sadness.

Star offers Private Sessions: Kriya Yoga, Meditation and Hatha Yoga. Receive an Initiation with Star in a Private Session (see below). She studied and taught Yoga with SadGuru Jaggi Vasudev 2004 - 2009 Coimbatore, India. After spending six months in silence Star had an awakening and has been teaching practices for enlightenment ever since. Star is the Co-Founder of JaiStar Studios.
Anya received her Masters in Counseling and is a Certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She received this certification from the Khalsa Healing Art School studying under Mahan Rishi and Nirbhe Kaur Khalsa. She has a strong background in Hatha Yoga, studying and training in Anusara Yoga and Iyengar Yoga. She is a certified Yoga for the Face teacher, receiving her certification from Danielle Collins the leading Face Yoga export in the UK. This certification has been approved by the International College of Holistic Medicine.
