Ecstatic Dance & Sound Healing

EMBODIED ECSTATIC DANCE + SOUND HEALING with JaiStar Jaime & Star DEC 17 SUNDAY 10AM at JaiStar Studios in downtown Lake Worth Beach.

Our practice doesn't have choreography or dance steps to learn so there's no way to do it wrong. Our practice is about healing and we explore that through somatic movement which means instead of thinking about how to move your body, you move and dance from a place of sensation. Somatic movement is about getting out of your mind and into your body through conscious awareness and sensation. You will be guided through the elements of earth, water, fire, air, sound and light. We also weave in self-inquiry, ancient technologies and mind-body-energy practices to help amplify the healing energy of our journey.
