Dear Sisters, These times are sacred. We have so much to take in and regain when it comes to our spirituality and physiology. We are in a constant shedding of the old. Our job is to be present in our skin, our flesh, our authentic expression. This requires face to face, body to body, heart to heart connection.
Join me in community for healing dance, conscious movement, sacred sounds and scents along with art and writing to restore the deepest layers of our being.
No dance or art experience needed.
