Somatic Vocal Awakening: Unlock Your True Expression

Somatic Vocal Awakening: Unlock Your True Expression

Have you ever felt like your voice gets caught, restricted, or completely pinched off in your throat?

Our bodies store emotional blocks and physical tension that directly limit how we speak, sing, and express our truth. Somatic Vocal Awakening is a monthly journey designed to pull you out of your head and drop you deeply into your body.

Through liberating movement, deep somatic warm-ups, and collective singing, we will systematically unlock physical restrictions to access the full resonance of your natural voice. To close, we step into courage: every participant will have a supportive, brief opportunity to be witnessed singing individually, allowing you to gently dissolve stage fright and reclaim your authentic sound in a safe, non-judgmental space

No singing experience required. Bring an open heart, comfortable clothes to move in, and your honest voice.
