Join us Saturday at JaiStar Studios for a special Blue Lotus Experience: We open with a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, followed by Somatic Grounding, Embodied Ecstatic Dance, and ending with a Sonic Sound Journey with your facilitators and hosts: JaiStar the Divine Duo Jaime and Star.
The Three-Part Journey
Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony: Connect with the ancient, intuitive medicine of Blue Lotus flower as we sit in Sacred Circle, infusing the elixir with our intentions.
Embodied Ecstatic Dance: Star curates a live DJ Set and will take the group on an ecstatic dance journey.
Sonic Sound Journey: Receive restorative, sacred sound vibrations from Jaime and Star in a closing sonic sound bath. Grab a yoga mat, find a comfy seat and integrate your experience.
