About the event
EMBODIED RELEASE
Winter Solstice Ecstatic Dance Church
Sunday, December 20, 2026 · 11:00 AM
As the seasons turn and the longest night gives way to the returning light, we gather in movement, breath, and sound to release what we are ready to leave behind.
Join us at JaiStar Studios for a powerful morning of embodied expression, ecstatic dance, and restorative sound.
Through free-form movement, we create space to shake off stagnant energy, soften into the present moment, and honor the natural cycles of letting go and beginning again.
