Heal-Through-Dance with Star Triana, A Somatic Movement and Embodiment Session Personalized for you! Heal Through Dance is a way for anyone to align with their highest vision and passionate purpose in life. Through Somatic Movement, Breath-work and Chakra practices, you will experience a shift in your body as you release unexpressed emotions and trauma that is being stored in your body. Somatic Embodiment is at the core of this practice and it means getting out of your head and down into your body. Instead of letting your thinking guide you, shift into sensation consciousness and use your body as part of your inner guidance. This session will help you connect with your intuition, authentic voice, creativity, personal power and soul's purpose. One hour session. Bring water bottle. Wear comfy clothing you can dance in and stretch on the floor in.
