7-Week Online Chakra Series
Welcome to the 7-week chakra series online program. Receive chakra wisdom, guided meditations, practices and somatic chakra dance classes (one for each chakra, plus an intro class - 8 total chakra dances!). The somatic chakra dance journey is a way for us to heal the connection between our Mind-Body-Energy. In the chakra dance journey we weave together practices for awakening our kundalini energy aka our life force energy. We use this energy to then clear blocks from the chakra system.
As soon as you sign up you begin to receive content which is divided up into sections. There is a section for each of the 7-chakras.
