JaiStar Studios is a temple space for the healing arts, dance, music, meditation and conscious community.

Come as you are, no dance experience needed. Wear comfy clothing you can dance and move in. As you enter our temple space, sign in and take off your shoes. Visit our altars and draw oracle cards. Create an Intention for your dance.

At the beginning of our dance we drop into our body and connect with the earth. We ground ourselves before we begin to move and dance. Our music begins soft and slow and it may draw you towards the ground for some floor stretching.
