Ecstatic Dance and Somatic Movement with DJ & Facilitator, Arielle Star Triana, author of Heal Through Dance at JaiStar Studios a temple space for the Healing Arts, Dance, Music, Meditation and Conscious Community.

Ecstatic Dance is a free form movement practice and there is no way to do it wrong. No dance experience needed. Somatic Movement draws us into our body and we dance from a place of feeling instead of thinking.

Come as you are and wear comfy clothing you can dance and move in. As you enter our temple space, sign in and take off your shoes. Visit our altars and draw oracle cards. Create an Intention for your dance.
