Join the Tribe for Ecstatic Dance and Somatic Movement with DJ & Facilitator, Arielle Star Triana and author of Heal Through Dance.
Come as you are, no dance experience needed. Wear comfy clothing you can dance and move in. At the beginning of our dance we drop into our body and connect with the earth. We ground ourselves before we begin to move and dance. Our music begins soft and slow and it may draw you towards the ground for some floor stretching.
Our DJ and Facilitator will curate a playlist that will take you through a journey of awakening the chakras and elements within. As the music picks up and we enter high peaks of intensity, we will cultivate our energy with powerful breath practices. We will use sound to purify, release and let go in our dance.
