Sunday Dance Church is An Alchemy of Ecstatic Dance Ritual & Ceremony, Embodiment Practices, Grounding Meditation, Somatic Movement, Conscious Breath with Facilitator & DJ Star Triana and Live Tribal Drumming with Jaime Triana

ONLINE & STUDIO

This class is offered online and in the studio. Only ten admitted to the studio to allow for distancing. You must pre-pay for your ticket online to ensure you have a spot before coming to the studio. We will not be wearing masks. If you need a mask, please select the online version of the class.

ABOUT EVENT

As you log on, we will be creating sacred space and drawing oracle cards. We will begin our practice with a grounding guided meditation to help us get out of our heads and down into our bodies. We will connect with our energy and begin to cleanse our aura (where the Chakras radiate out to form your subtle body). 

ABOUT DANCE

You will be guided through Somatic Embodiment practices that help you connect with your body and begin to awaken your innate body wisdom as you begin to release stress and tension and heal trauma that is stuck in your body. The movements start out slow and flowing and move into different rhythms that get faster until you reach a point of deep release and ecstatic bliss. The movement is free form with gentle dance ques to help you find your way into your own unique dance and creative self expression.
