What does Ecstatic mean?

Ecstatic comes from the Greek word Ekstasis. It means we are going to become unstuck and move into a more natural state of being. In our conscious dance practice through intention movement and sound, we will release and let go of stress and tension in the body. Alchemy of movement, breath, sound and music, takes the dancer into an ecstatic state where they can take quantum leaps in their healing journey.
