About The Journey

Arrive on-time, Virtual Doors Open at 2:55pm. We will begin with a grounding meditation at 3:33pm. Have your water, journal and pen near by. Set up your sacred space, use sage, palo santo, essential oils to annoint your space. Draw Oracle cards, if you have them to help you tune into your Intention. We will dance for an hour and then journal before our sharing circle.

About Zoom: Download the app onto your phone, laptop or device the day before the class. You can click your Zoom link that you receive 5mintues before the class begins. You may need to turn on your video and sound. Everyone will be muted until the end of the class at the sharing circle. We have professional equipment that we plug into Zoom that allows us to have concert quality sound. (just in case you have experienced poor sound on other classes)
