The Divine Feminine Dance of Embodiment
Women's Dance Thursday 11am to 12:15pm
Join us for a Sacred Movement Meditation for Women that will bring you from your mind down into your body where you can access your authentic self, become grounded in your body and in your life.
Together in this Sacred Movement Ceremony we are:

::: Activating our Hearts through Dance and Breath
::: Dancing our Prayers and Intentions for our Lives
::: Connecting to the Elements; Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sound and Light
::: Sharing and Listening to each other from our Authentic Experiences
No Dance Experience Needed.
This is a free-form ecstatic dance journey blended with healing somatic movement, breathwork and sound practices for awakeing the seven energy centers and our kundalini energy.
Each class ends with a Sound Meditation.
