HOW DOES IT WORK?

We stop admitting people at 11:11am

Everyone will be muted except the facilitator. The Facilitator's image will be pinned on the screen and show up larger. If you want to dance with everyone in the class, click Gallery View.

OUR EVENT: An Alchemy of Ecstatic Dance, Ritual & Ceremony, Embodiment Practices, Healing Meditation, Somatic Movement, Conscious Breath and Live Music. 

OUR FLOW: As you log on, we will be creating sacred space and drawing oracle cards. We will begin our practice with a grounding guided meditation to help us get out of our heads and down into our bodies. We will connect with our energy and begin to cleanse our aura (where the Chakras radiate out to form your subtle body). 

OUR DANCE: You will be guided through Somatic Embodiment practices that help you connect with your body and begin to awaken your innate body wisdom as you begin to release stress and tension and heal trauma that is stuck in your body. The movements start out slow and flowing and move into different rhythms that get faster until you reach a point of deep release and ecstatic bliss. The movement is free form with gentle dance ques to help you find your way into your own unique dance and creative self expression.

If you are planning to attend this class at JaiStar Studios, ARRIVE between 10:50am for Check-In & Registration. 

You must be well and have not recently travelled. If you have been on quarantine and would like to join us we welcome you. We will only allow TEN participants in the studio at a time. Must pre-pay for your ticket online - it's first come, first serve basis.
