ABOUT OUR PRACTICE

Ecstatic Dance is a free form movement practice without choreography or dance steps to learn.  Somatic Embodiment is about getting out of your mind and into your body through conscious awareness and sensation. The Key-Codes are a library of teachings that encompasses ancient technologies and modern science, blended into one seamless practice. Experience the wisdom of the Key-Codes in an embodied movement session that weaves together somatic movement, self-inquiry and mind-body-energy practices . 

We begin our ritual with Oracle cards and setting sacred intentions. We dance through the elements and chakras. We close our ceremony with a crystal bowl and gong bath and a live mantra music meditation with JaiStar.
