You can only get tickets for Saturday Night Ecstatic Dance.

This weekend workshop is no longer available for registration. If you would like to attend a future workshop like this, please send us an email and we will add you to the wait list. "subject: Intimacy workshop"

When we move together –in attunement with the wisdom of the body– relating with others becomes tender, playful and nourishing. Come spend the weekend in the sacred container of somatic embodiment and embodied intimacy.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • Embodied Presence and nonverbal communication skills.
  • Dialoging from the embodied truth of this moment while weaving in the impact you have on others.
  • Ways to yield, surrender and let go into the ever moving connection and aliveness with another.
  • Finding your yes and playing on the edge - to trust your gut’s yes and no.
  • Ways to initiate, lead and express your instincts when interacting.
  • How to lead and follow, and dissolve into an attuned dialogue with self and other, in stillness and movement, energetically, emotionally and physically.
  • Ways to access and trust in your wild, untainted power, pre-domestication, through animal play.
  • Ways to access the wisdom of your body and its innate drive to heal, adapt and develop new capacities.

What are we going to do?

  • Moving Intimacy
  • Relational movement meditations. Solo, paired, trio, small group and large group practices.
  • Relational exploration in presence
  • From intimate to intense, from stillness to movement - learning the most basic ingredients of making love.
  • Authentic communication that dissolves our separateness -
  • Empowering vulnerability where you and I dissolve into a we.
  • Somatic Embodiment through movement, breath and sound

Who is this for?

  • This workshop is for all levels of experience.
  • For singles, couples, and people who’s relationship style does not fit any label in particular.
  • For people who have some experience of Tantra, personal growth, psychotherapy, group or couple therapy, shamanism, sacred sexuality, etc. who are interested in exploring how to take the practices of connecting into movement and expression.
  • For people who have some experience of dance, movement, theater, and martial arts, who are curious about bringing their embodiment to connecting with others.
  • It is also a workshop for group facilitators, body workers, therapists, coaches and other professionals who are interested in working with intimacy and movement.
  • For conscious movers and ecstatic dancers who would like to explore more intimacy in their dance with themselves and possible others.

More about Embodied Intimacy:

Embodied Intimacy provides a safe environment in which participants practice transformational processes of relating that accelerates the path towards deeply fulfilling relationships.

We reach these deeply embodied states through the application of the tantric tools of breath, sound, movement, and touch. Together we create a playful relational laboratory by simplifying the components of relating, intimacy and sexuality into its most basic and fundamental elements. Creating new possibilities by consciously putting the elements back together through consensual explorational interactions.

We invite you to relax and let go of the unique and shared ways we “try” to be in order to be accepted, loved, and wanted -from “doing” intimacy to “being” intimate. Within the safety of the environment you are gently invited to feel into what actually happens when you are together with another person.

All the experiences that arise within each interaction are welcomed within mindful awareness, including feelings of rejection, abandonment and critique, as well as feelings of attraction, connection and appreciation. We are just being together without any other agenda.

You will not be required to do anything. Everything is an invitation to consider; all activities are optional. Your full consent is the only requirement for your interactions with others.

More about JaiStar:

Jaime Triana and Arielle Star come together in love, marriage, music and dance. Together they co-created JaiStar Studios: a healing arts center established in Lake Worth Beach Florida since 2012. Here you will find conscious realtors that will help you find your sanctuary or retreat center. Jaime runs the music recording studio for healing music, meditation and high end productions including photo shoots, web design and event launches. Star runs the studio events: ecstatic dance and somatic embodiment facilitator training, workshops and retreats.

We invite you to visit and explore our services that are all offered with a loving touch and conscious awareness. Helping people awaken their authentic voice and birth their visions into reality is something we have been doing for the past ten years together in deep gratitude.

❂ About the facilitators ❂

Star Triana

Born as Arielle Star, she is leading teacher in the field of somatic movement and ecstatic dance and author of the 2022 International Book Awards finalist: Heal Through Dance: A guidebook for creating your own somatic movement practices.

Star as she is known to her students masterfully weaves together exercises known to heal trauma with ancient cultural practices ranging from Indian, Egyptian, and Hawaiian to Native American, Essene and Celtic.

Heal Through Dance distills the essence of Arielle Star Triana’s teachings for a worldwide audience. Designed for instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free form movement. Star’s body of work celebrates physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine.

Heal Through Dance is an invitation to become your own healer and an ecstatic dance facilitator. Let your dance become an embodied prayer through the layers of earth, water, fire, love, sound and light.

Rachel Rickards

Rachel Rickards is an international leader in the field of personal transformation, intimacy, embodiment, and relating. She is a group facilitator extraordinaire, event producer, and a new mother.

In 2014 she and Buster Radvik co-founded Embodied Intimacy, which has become one of the most respected organizations globally that offers trainings and events focussed on intimacy, trauma, relational intelligence, somatic education and community. The work of Embodied Intimacy supports hundreds of people each year to come home to themselves, to their body and more regulated nervous systems, and become more of who they truly are.

Since 2019, Rachel has led the Belly2Belly Facilitator Training after her teacher and mentor, David Cates, passed the torch and CEO position for this work to her. Belly2Belly offers a simple and yet profoundly healing set of embodied and relational practices, which support people to learn to regulate their nervous systems in a way that can be transformational for their relationships. Rachel has single handedly produced and facilitates most of the events with her extraordinary superpowers in the field of event planning and depth in embodied leadership.

Rachel’s newest passion project launching this year is “The Field Facilitator Training.” This is a revolutionary new experiential learning environment for upcoming group facilitators who are passionate about creating fields of deep group-heart coherence and learning how to facilitate group soul emergence. This requires the development of radically new facilitation skills, such as learning to listen to the group field, collective surrender to the moment, as well as dynamic and fluid collective leadership to support the blossoming of the group soul that is longing to emerge in the space between us.

Simultaneously, Rachel has just taken on her biggest project to date as a community builder and visionary of Alma Do Solo. With her partner, Lennart Hennig, she has purchased property and is currently in the developmental and visionary phase of creating a regenerative land, and community eco-village on the Azores islands. Their intention is to give birth to an event and education center with a holistic relationship to death at its core.
