Embodied Ecstatic Dance & InnerDance Energy Activations with Star and Amy

Embodied Ecstatic Dance is a powerful way to bypass the thinking mind and tap straight into the wisdom of the body. From this embodied presence we will move in and out of exploring sweet, short moments of intimacy and connection to ourselves to weaving in and out of our larger communal body, creating an ecstatic experience.

Our dance is based on Somatic Embodiment practices that bring our conscious awareness from the mind down into the body so we can move from a place of sensation and feeling instead of thinking. We also weave in self-inquiry, ancient technologies and mind-body-energy practices. Our dance doesn't have choreography or steps to learn so there's no way to do it wrong.
