Somatic Movement Class (Feminine Flow)

In the Feminine Flow Class, you will begin on your yoga mat as you're guided through a somatic warm up practice that blends together breathwork and movement that will help you get out of the thinking mind and down into your body. The warm up feels like a gentle yoga hug. After the warm up, the facilitator will guide the class through a somatic dance practice that will take you through a wide range of movements and emotions with evocative music. Awaken your energy centers, activate your kundalini and balance your chakras through the science of somatic intelligence using the technology of breathwork, movement, music and self inquiry.
