Join us on the New Moon for an Alchemy of Ecstatic Dance Ritual & Ceremony, Embodiment Practices, Grounding Meditation, Somatic Movement, Conscious Breath with Facilitator & DJ Star Triana and Live Tribal Drumming with Jaime Triana

ABOUT DANCE

You will be guided through Embodiment practices that help you connect with your body and begin to awaken your innate body wisdom as you begin to release stress and tension and heal trauma that is stuck in your body. The movements start out slow and flowing and move into different rhythms that get faster until you reach a point of deep release and ecstatic bliss. The movement is free form with gentle dance ques to help you find your way into your own unique dance and creative self expression. 

STILLNESS 

As the dance slows down, we begin to play live music that will take each dancer inward towards meditative reflection and deep relaxation. We close our practice with the Golden Light Meditation and a Sharing Circle.

INTEGRATION

At the end of our journey, we close with a sharing circle and the ecstatic love breath ritual.
