Retreat Includes Daily: Guided Ecstatic Dance for Awakening Kundalini Energy and Balancing the Seven Energy Centers (Chakras), Shamanic Breathwork Journey, Sisterhood Sharing Circles, Inspired Journaling Sessions and Fresh Farm to Table Organic Lunches.

RETREAT DETAILS

Fees include 3 full days in dance, and healing experiences plus organic lunch, plus organic tea, nuts and fruit snacks in the morning and afternoon. Take home a playlist to dance at home. Take home movement, meditation and energy healing practices to continue your journey after the retreat.

Daily Sessions end around 6pm and then we head to the beach for a ceremonial swim to end the day (weather permitting). This is optional. If you don't go to the ocean, you are welcome to leave the studio after our closing circle.
