THE RITUAL: Embodied Ecstatic Dance & Conscious Connection

Embodied Ecstatic Dance is a powerful way to bypass the thinking mind and tap straight into the wisdom of the body. From this embodied presence we will move in and out of exploring sweet, short moments of intimacy and connection to ourselves to  weaving in and out of our larger communal body.

Our journey is about healing and we explore that through movement, music and community. Our Journey is based on Somatic Embodiment practices that bring our conscious awareness from the mind down into the body so we can move from a place of sensation and feeling instead of thinking. We also weave in self-inquiry, ancient technologies and mind-body-energy practices. Our dance doesn't have choreography or steps to learn so there's no way to do it wrong. Ecstatic Dance is a free form movement practice that is done with intention.

One of the most effective ways to integrate a deeply transformative experience is to oscillate… turning on both right and left hemispheres of the brain. Moving with the flow of our dance as we inhale, exhale, pause in silence, move our bodies, turn inward in introspection, and move out again to express we will create an ecstatic experience. Self-connection and communal exploration are keys to developing a whole integrated perspective and having an ecstatic dance experience!

Our Visionary Art Immersion will Awaken Self-Healing and Inner Visions (Third Eye). As you walk through the gallery on a self-guided tour through the art exhibit, take in the artwork. Relax the gaze of your eyes and allow yourself to meditate with the art. These pieces are alive and they will begin to move and reveal images to you based on your consciousness.

about JAISTAR

Jaime Triana and Arielle Star come together in love, marriage, music and dance. Together they co-created JaiStar Studios: a healing arts center established in Lake Worth Beach Florida since 2012. Here you will find conscious realtors that will help you find your sanctuary or retreat center. Jaime runs the music recording studio for healing music, meditation and high end productions including photo shoots, web design and event launches. Star runs the studio events: ecstatic dance and somatic embodiment facilitator training, workshops and retreats.

about FACILITATOR & DJ

Born as Arielle Star, she is leading teacher in the field of somatic movement and ecstatic dance and author of the 2022 International Book Awards finalist: Heal Through Dance: A guidebook for creating your own somatic movement practices.

Star as she is known to her students masterfully weaves together exercises known to heal trauma with ancient cultural practices ranging from Indian, Egyptian, and Hawaiian to Native American, Essene and Celtic.

Heal Through Dance distills the essence of Arielle Star Triana’s teachings for a worldwide audience. Designed for instructors, dancers and beginners interested in free form movement. Star’s body of work celebrates physical embodiment within the context of the sacred feminine.

Heal Through Dance is an invitation to become your own healer and an ecstatic dance facilitator. Let your dance become an embodied prayer through the  layers of earth, water, fire, love, sound and light.

about LIVE DRUMMING

Rajesh Bhandari is a world-class classically trained percussionist with Zakir Hussain. Raj has graced many stages across the globe including Super Bowl Half Time show as one of Shakira's drummers. Raj can be found in his music production studio, creating new music and collaborating with seasoned artists. Get ready to take your dance to the next level with live drumming and percussion with this amazing artist and musician!

This Event is happening in the HATCH Art Gallery that we have transformed into a beautiful temple space. We filled the space with our visionary artwork collection, ambient lighting and beautiful statues, aroma therapy and loving vibrations for the entire month of February and this is our last event of the month.
