AUM DANCE 7pm
Experience an ecstatic dance and somatic movement journey that helps you to release and let go of stress and tension while creating elevated states of joy and bliss. Your Facilitator Star masterfully weaves embodiment practices and self-inquiry to help dancers go deeper into their personal healing journey. We will also use Energetic AUM to awaken our sensations and balance our mind-body-energy.
SOUND BATH 8pm
The sound bath will transport you into relaxation and blissful states so please get comfy! Bring a yoga mat, blankets and pillows to lay down. JaiStar's Jaime and Star create an ancient temple vibe and curate a sound bath with a multitude of modern healing instruments and meditative sounds. learn more about them at jaistar.com
