ABOUT EVENT

JaiStar Dance is the place where the divine feminine and divine masculine meet and mingle in the sacred container of dance and somatic ritual. Our practice doesn't have choreography or dance steps to learn so there's no way to do it wrong. Our practice is about healing and we explore that through somatic movement which means instead of thinking about how to move your body, you move and dance from a place of sensation. Somatic movement is about getting out of your mind and into your body through conscious awareness and sensation. You will be guided through the elements of earth, water, fire, air, sound and light. We also weave in self-inquiry, ancient technologies and mind-body-energy practices to help amplify the healing energy of our journey. We will activate both aspects of ourselves, feminine and masculine, and weave together our highest qualities as we bring systems into balance and harmony.

Sound Healing & Mantra Music closing ceremony is a special blend of sound healing and live music created by JaiStar's Jaime and Star Triana. Jaime is a master musician, vocalist, instrumentalist and producer who comes together with his beloved Star who brings the essence of the east through mantra music, vocals and multi-instrumentalist. Together this divine duo will take the group on a journey of inner exploration through a musical landscape designed to take you into higher dimensions.

DETAILS & TICKETS

Infused water and herbal tea served. Arrive on-time, wear comfy clothing you can dance, stretch and lay down in. At the end of the dance, you can grab a yoga mat and blanket or cushioned floor chair for the sound healing concert. Arrive 7pm for Dance approx 80min and Sound Healing 40min.
