Parasite Detox & Cleanse
It's hard to cut out sugars and junky foods if you are full of parasites. The parasites live off of acidic environments, candida, virus and all the starch and sugary foods that help create this type of environment.
When you have an over growth of Parasites, they become large colonies of animals who are void of love and collectively have dense and negative thought forms. They can cloud your brain and make you feel foggy as well as exhausted and tired all of the time.
WHERE DO I START?
To begin killing off Candida first with high doses of strong Oil of Oregano (with 85% Carvacrol). This is what gives the oil of oregano it's pungent smell.
Garlic is also supposed to be a great medicine (when taken on empty stomach alone - not mixed with food). However because it makes you smell like Garlic, which can be a real turn off, I have decided to use Oil of Oregano instead in this particular cleanse.
How do I kill my Parasites: Using 4 MAIN HERBS
OIL OF OREGANO
BLACK WALNUT
WORM-WOOD
CLOVE
PHASE ONE: 17-20 days approx.
1. OIL OREGANO (with 85% Carvacrol)
3x per day, fill a small gel cap with oil or orgeno.
Take 30-45minutes after each meal.
IN BETWEEN PHASE 1 & 2, GET A COLONIC
During Phase two, you will take three different herbs each day for approx. 21 days.
2. PHASE TWO: WORM-WOOD (Powder Form)
Take 3x per day, 30-40minutes before food.
After five days, increase to two capsules.
After ten days, increase to three capsules.
3. CLOVE (buy powder form and put in capsules)
Take 3x per day, 30-40minutes after food.
After five days, increase to two capsules.
After ten days, increase to three capsules.
4. BLACK WALNUT (buy tincture and put in water)
Take tincture in water, each morning on empty stomach.
After five days, increase amount by half.
After ten days, increase amount to double.
AFTER PHASE 1 & 2, GET A COLONIC & Then Liver Gallbladder Cleanse.
Each herb kills a different part of the parasites life cycle. I suggest taking the herbs each separately, don't buy pills that have all the herbs combined.
Getting Colonics is also an important part of detoxing and should be incorporated to your detox and cleanse. Do a colonic before you start and then do one in-between Phase One and Phase Two and then at the end when it's all done.
Once the Detox is completed, you will want to do a LIVER / GALLBLADDER Cleanse because parasites will escape into these organs to save themselves during the cleanse. Look up on line the best way to do this. It takes one full day.

An Evening of Embodied Ecstatic Dance and Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
Embodied Ecstatic Dance is a powerful way to bypass the thinking mind and tap straight into the wisdom of the body. From this embodied presence we will move in and out of exploring sweet, short moments of intimacy and connection to ourselves to weaving in and out of our larger communal body.
Our journey is about healing and we explore that through movement, music and community. Our Journey is based on Somatic Embodiment practices that bring our conscious awareness from the mind down into the body so we can move from a place of sensation and feeling instead of thinking. We also weave in self-inquiry, ancient technologies and mind-body-energy practices. Our dance doesn't have choreography or steps to learn so there's no way to do it wrong. Ecstatic Dance is a free form movement practice that is done with intention.
One of the most effective ways to integrate a deeply transformative dance experience is to follow it with a…deeply transformational breathwork journey of inner nourishment and integration.
For the second half of our two hour immersion, you get to lay down and experience a shamanic journey of breath that brings you into your body for deep cellular healing.
The Benefits of our Circular Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey
- On the physical level, deep diaphragmatic breathing allows oxygen to reach our cells and organs, increasing our energy and helping to detoxify and cleanse our bodies.

- On the spiritual level, full, conscious connected breathing can help us connect with our higher selves and tap into our innate wisdom.
As we breathe in a conscious connected way we allow ourselves the space to let go and surrender the things no longer serving us. We allow ourselves to receive what we need to receive.
How we breathe is how we live in our lives. In this breath journey we will breathe deeply into our hearts. Through intention we will connect with the healing forces of creation in our bodies. When we connect with our breath we are in the present moment.
In this immersion we will experience a deep breathing practice of liberation, and Colleen will invite you to breathe for an hour into our hearts center and melt into a blissful meditation. Star will invite you into your body for an embodied somatic movement and ecsetatic dance journey. Join us for this journey of conscious movement and transformational breathing into ecstatic bliss.
Please bring
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything else you need to lay down comfortably for the breath journey. You may also wish to bring your water bottle with filtered water. Wear comfortable clothing you can dance freely in and lay down comfortably in.
