Parasite Detox & Cleanse
It's hard to cut out sugars and junky foods if you are full of parasites. The parasites live off of acidic environments, candida, virus and all the starch and sugary foods that help create this type of environment.
When you have an over growth of Parasites, they become large colonies of animals who are void of love and collectively have dense and negative thought forms. They can cloud your brain and make you feel foggy as well as exhausted and tired all of the time.
WHERE DO I START?
To begin killing off Candida first with high doses of strong Oil of Oregano (with 85% Carvacrol). This is what gives the oil of oregano it's pungent smell.
Garlic is also supposed to be a great medicine (when taken on empty stomach alone - not mixed with food). However because it makes you smell like Garlic, which can be a real turn off, I have decided to use Oil of Oregano instead in this particular cleanse.
How do I kill my Parasites: Using 4 MAIN HERBS
OIL OF OREGANO
BLACK WALNUT
WORM-WOOD
CLOVE
PHASE ONE: 17-20 days approx.
1. OIL OREGANO (with 85% Carvacrol)
3x per day, fill a small gel cap with oil or orgeno.
Take 30-45minutes after each meal.
IN BETWEEN PHASE 1 & 2, GET A COLONIC
During Phase two, you will take three different herbs each day for approx. 21 days.
2. PHASE TWO: WORM-WOOD (Powder Form)
Take 3x per day, 30-40minutes before food.
After five days, increase to two capsules.
After ten days, increase to three capsules.
3. CLOVE (buy powder form and put in capsules)
Take 3x per day, 30-40minutes after food.
After five days, increase to two capsules.
After ten days, increase to three capsules.
4. BLACK WALNUT (buy tincture and put in water)
Take tincture in water, each morning on empty stomach.
After five days, increase amount by half.
After ten days, increase amount to double.
AFTER PHASE 1 & 2, GET A COLONIC & Then Liver Gallbladder Cleanse.
Each herb kills a different part of the parasites life cycle. I suggest taking the herbs each separately, don't buy pills that have all the herbs combined.
Getting Colonics is also an important part of detoxing and should be incorporated to your detox and cleanse. Do a colonic before you start and then do one in-between Phase One and Phase Two and then at the end when it's all done.
Once the Detox is completed, you will want to do a LIVER / GALLBLADDER Cleanse because parasites will escape into these organs to save themselves during the cleanse. Look up on line the best way to do this. It takes one full day.

1) Learn healing dance techniques for awakening your creativity, intuition and the wisdom within. Connect your mind-body-soul in a way that allows you to embody your highest self.
2) Learn how to facilitate somatic practices that will get you out of your head and in your body, with an ability to communicate with your sensations.
3) Learn how to create playlists, how to calculate BPM (beats per minute) and how to expand and organize your music library.
4) Learn how to hold space and create Embodied Ecstatic Dance experiences filled with ritual, ceremony and healing.
5) Learn how to create sacred space, clear negative energy from the space and how to cleanse and protect your aura.
about 3-month program
MONTH ONE: EMBODY.
2-Day Weekend Retreat, Attend Online via Zoom or at the Studio (address below). Together we dive into the practices, and embody the wisdom in the Heal Through Dance book. We Embody Somatic Movement, Ecstatic Dance, Grounding Meditations and Energy Healing Practices.
For the next 4 weeks you receive weekly classes via Zoom or Recordings. We continue to Embody our practices for an entire month as you prepare for the facilitator training weekend.
MONTH TWO: LEARN.
2-Day Facilitator Training Weekend: We will dive into all aspects of our practice and how to lead a group (in person and/or online). After the weekend intensive, you get to practice teach at home. Receive group support and one-on-one support. Take home all the tools you need to teach your own class.
For the next 4 weeks you will practice teach at home, online and in a casual environment. This is your time to practice using the tools you have received.
MONTH THREE. MENTORSHIP.
One Day Workshop. We help you craft your offering title, invitation and internet content. You will be supported to break through any blocks in your mind-body-energy that may prevent you from stepping out into the world and being seen.
For the next 4 weeks you will practice teach with peers from your training class as well as previous training classes. You can meet online or in-person for group practice teaching sessions.
We keep our training intimate so you receive the highest quality training and maximum attention!

JULY 25 and AUG 20 , you will be "practice teaching" weekly classes (in a casual setting with a friends or family) on your own time. We support you to use the tools from training and teach a class.
MENTORSHIP

The last month is about mentorship. We will meet on Zoom to give extra support to creating your offering, name of class, and description. These sessions will be 60min online via Zoom. We will schedule them together.
