ABOUT RETREAT

Join us for a two day weekend ecstatic dance immersion and somatic embodiment retreat for women. 

 WHAT TO EXPECT

1) Each day we will dance in the morning and in the afternoon.  

2) Embody healing dance techniques for awakening your seven chakras and cultivating your kundalini energy. 

3) Embody somatic practices that will get you out of your head and in your body, with an ability to communicate with your sensations and connect with your intution.

4) Experience ritual and ceremony filled with movement, meditation, breath and energetic practices.

5) Embody kundalini breath and chakra activation practices for awakening your energy and healing.
